CLEAR AND SIMPLE STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR OUTDOOR LIVING PROJECT
We provide timely communication and updates to you from start to finish throughout the sale, design and production process. Our attention to build quality and detail will exceed your expectations on the final product.

STEP 1 | Schedule Consultation
Contact us to schedule your consultation. We'll ask you a few questions and then plan a time to meet you at your convenience to review your property.

STEP 2 | Onsite Consultation
We will meet with you at your home for an onsite consultation. We'll take measurements of the size and grade of your yard so we can develop a precise and accurate proposal for the work. We can create visuals of the project so you can see what it would look like installed. We will have product samples for you to see or meet you at our vendor's office to see samples of the products installed.

STEP 3 | Review and Approve Design
Within a short turn around time from your initial site visit your quote will be provided to you. A 2D rendering will help you gain a sense of your designed project. 3D computer generated designs are also available at a small additional cost. With a quick online signature and approval we can now move forward with your project. We collect a 30% deposit toward your project with every contract signing. We also never cash any down payment checks prior to your job entering the week of installation. All payment checks are held in your individual project folder. Additionally, we also offer financing options for interested parties.

STEP 4 | Coordination
We will facilitate the approval process with the HOA by providing detailed specifications and design documents for them to review. We will also submit permit drawings and applications to the local permitting agency and inspectors. This ensures there are no hiccups that would hinder the project.

STEP 5 | Project Construction
We will notify you well in advance of your project start date with generated update emails from our production department throughout the process. On average, typical deck and or patio installations range from 3-5 days, depending on the size and scope. We will not leave until the job is completely finished.

STEP 6 | Final Walkthrough
Once the project is completed, your installation manager will personally walk the site inspecting the installation. Once he approves your install, he will then turn the job over to your Salesman for final invoicing. We will also provide guidance for any specific cleaning, warranty, and care instructions for decking and patios projects.
